One-on-One Sessions:
Refunds are available if a cancellation request is made at least 48–72 hours prior to the scheduled session. If the session has already taken place, refunds are not available unless otherwise stated.
Workshops and Group Programs:
Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the start date of the program. After this period, refunds will no longer be possible.
Digital Products or Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Courses / Masterclasses:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
