We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a formal response within 4 weeks.
If your issue is not resolved, you may contact our independent complaints officer or escalate it to the recognized disputes body in compliance with Wkkgz (Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints, and Disputes Act).
You may also submit a data protection-related complaint directly to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
